project.  Prior to joining BDC,
Mr. May spent seven years
with Wallace Floyd Design
in Boston, Massachusetts,

ACADEMIC PROJECTS:

Mansfield, Massachusetts Public Schools: Expansion and Renovation, Mansfield, Massachusetts

Project Manager
Responsible for programming and preparation of planning documents required to secure state funding for $30 million expansion and renovation of three schools serving 3,800 students.  Also managed design and construction administration for $10 million high school expansion and renovation.

Pittsfield, Massachusetts Public Schools: Expansion and Renovation, Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Project Manager
Managed programming and planning phase of $40 million seven school expansion and renovation.  Also responsible for schematic design of Allendale Elementary School.

Mary Lyon School, Boston, Massachusetts

Project Architect/Project Manager
Scope of project includes $3 million renovation and expansion of elementary school.

Gould Academy: Ordway Hall and Gehring Hall, Bethel, Maine

Project Manager
Managed planning, design, and construction administration of new 27,000 square foot dining hall and renovations to girls' dormitory.

Archdiocese of Boston High School Facility Condition Assessment, Boston, Massachusetts

Project Manager
Project consisted of multi disciplinary inventory and condition assessment of ten high school facilities operated by the Catholic Archdiocese of Boston.

Kansas City Public Schools Facilities Condition Audit, Kansas City, Missouri

Project Manager
Project included detailed survey of 90 school facilities.  Managed development of computer automated data reporting tool and production of final deliverable reports.

Boston Public Schools Phase I Comprehensive Master Plan
Boston, Massachusetts

Asst. Project Manager
Project included inventory and multi-disciplinary facility assessment of over 10 million square feet of educational space in 132 buildings.  Managed development of computerized data collection, reporting, and analysis tool for delivery to client.


NON-ACADEMIC PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

Mashpee Fire and Rescue Station, Mashpee, Massachusetts

Project Architect/ Project Manager
Scope of project includes $2 million expansion and renovation of existing fire station.

Immaculate Conception Parish, Malden, Massachusetts

Project Architect/ Project Manager
Completed feasibility study for adaptive reuse of historic convent building.
